Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Point Of Sales (POS) system support and resolve customer enquiry.
• To provide suitable solutions during customer meeting.
• To analysis customer’s existing problems and issues.
• Identify and implement sales strategies to meet business objectives.
• To verify new system functions with features testing.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year working experience in system support and network infrastructure.
• Familiar with computer system, POS and networking.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese & Mandarin
• Ability to work independently and self-motivated
• Good inter-personal & Presentation skill

Others:

• 5 working days
• Bank Holiday and Annual Leave
• Medical Allowance
